    2. US import duties & tax are assessed and added to the price of the Buoyy Watches themselves.

 

  1. Can I ship my order to an international location?

    2. At this moment, we are only able to take e-shop orders for delivery to addresses within the fifty U.S. states, and the District of Columbia. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or hotels.

    2. For safety and efficient reason, we only ship Buoyy products to customers by FedEx International Priority Service.

 

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

    2. Your Buoyy products should be delivered in about five business days from the date of your order (except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). Delivery may take longer if you have requested personalization, such as engraving or bracelet adjustment.

 

  1. Do I need to pay shipping cost separately?

    2. Delivery costs are assessed and added to the price of the Buoyy products themselves.

    2. Engraving may be available on specific models.

    If you wish to have your applicable Buoyy product engraved, please check on the box on your shopping bag page or find on our website under the heading “Engrave Service”.

    Personalized engraved service charge is US$30 / product.

    Personalized Engraved Buoyy watches cannot be returned for exchange or refund!

 

  1. Are Buoyy watches equipped with adjustable bracelets?

    2. For those models indicated on the product details with an Easy-To-Adjust mechanism for length adjustment, you can easily adjust the watch with the tool provided and included in envelop of your pack box to suit your preference of either loosely or more closely fit on your wrist.

    Please just follow the demonstration video in the USB included in your pack box for the operation procedure.

    Other than above models, we provide bracelet adjustment service for you. Basically two size ranges will be provided. Please print a Wrist Sizer on our website under the Service page for details.

 

  1. How can I make return or exchange?

    2. In order to ensure your total satisfaction, Buoyy watches purchased on buoyy.com can be returned or exchanged within 5 days following receipt, in accordance with our Return and Exchange policy set in Conditions of Sale.

    Buoyy watches can only be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and in their original packaging.

    Personalized Engraved Buoyy watches cannot be returned for exchange or refund!

    All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control (QC) by Buoyy to ensure that the returned watches represent in its original and saleable condition. If the returned watches do not meet our Quality Check standards, we will refuse the return and the watch will be sent back to the customer. If the returned watch satisfies our Quality Control, we will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange. Please note that except for delivery of a defective product, initial FedEx shipping charges and the paid US import duty & tax will not be refunded to the customer.

    Before returning the watch, you will need to CONTACT US by email to obtain a Return Form that will be sent to you by email. This Return Form will include all necessary instruction including the address where you will need to ship back the watch.

    Care and repair

 

  1. How do I care for my Buoyy watch?

    2. General care recommendations are listed below for your reference.

     

    a) Keep your watch away from any object that gives off a magnetic field, such as TVs, loud speakers, even the magnet of a handbag, as this may have an effect on the precision of your watch.

    b) Avoid extreme temperatures and sudden temperature changes. (e.g., activities such as saunas , etc. )

    c) Before cleaning your watch, make sure the crown is correctly pushed back. Wash your watch with mild soap and regularly rinsing it under fresh water, and then clean with a microfibres wiper offered in the envelop of your pack box.

    d) After in contact with sea-water, make sure to rinse your watch in fresh water so as to neutralize the harmful effects of sea-water or chlorine.

    e)The moving parts of your Buoyy watch ( crown, button, etc.) should not be operated under water. You should ensure the crown of your watch is always in the “off” position.

    f)Your are recommended to have a regular Maintenance Service for the Water-Resistance check performed by Buoyy Service Center once 36 months have passed since the purchase date or once every year if your watch is worn during sporting activities or frequently comes into contact with water.

    Please read carefully the instruction saved in the USB that’s included in envelop of your pack box as it contains important information regarding the use and care of your Buoyy watch.

  1. What does the Buoyy’s Warranty cover?

    2. The Buoyy’s Warranty covers during the 24-month period following the purchase, any piece that has a manufacturing defect, confirmed by our technical services, will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

    More than 24 months after the date of purchase, the labor involved and the replacement of parts in all repairs will be invoiced to you,. Please see the details of the “Limited Warranty”.

 

  1. What should I do when my Buoyy watch needs a service or repair?

    2. Contact us via email to receive a Repair Form and instructions on how to send your watch to Buoyy service center for repair.

 

  1. I dropped my watch, but it is still working. Do I need to have it checked at a Buoyy service center?

    2. If the watch is still working correctly after one week, you don’t need to send it to our service center. If the watch is not accurately keeping time, please send it in for evaluation. Contact us to receive a Repair Form and instructions on how to send your watch to Buoyy service center for repair.

 

  1. Mist appear under the crystal of my Buoyy watch. Is this normal?

    2. When the temperature changes abruptly, it’s normal that slight condensation may form under the watch crystal. Generally, it disappears on its own without affecting the function of the watch.

 

  1. Can I swim or shower wearing my Buoyy watch?

    2. Buoyy watches designated with less than 10 bar water-resistance must not be worn in the water.

    If your Buoyy watch is designated with water-resistant to 10 bar, you can wear it when swimming. Before any contact with water, ensure that the crown is well pushed in against the case of the watch, and do not manipulate the crown under water.

    After swimming or even sporting activities, please rinse your watch in clear water so as to neutralize the harmful effect of sweat, sea-water or chlorine.

    Please do not wear your Buoyy watch in shower as sudden temperature changes will affect performance of the water resistance gaskets.

 

  1. How can I check that my watch is still water-resistant?

    2. The water-resistance of your watch is ensured by a system of gaskets. These gaskets are constantly placed under pressure and subjected to natural wear and tear. In normal wearing conditions and to guarantee optimal security, you are recommended to have the water-resistance gaskets replaced once every two years. The Maintenance Service includes the replacement of gaskets and also of the battery. It the watch is worn when playing sports or when it is in frequent contact with water, you are recommended to have the gaskets checked once every year.
